Fines & Payments
Fines are due and payable when the fine is imposed. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Sorry, checks are not accepted when a warrant or suspension request is in effect.
Payments can be made several ways:
- IN PERSON at the court office during business hours.
- DROP BOX after hours - located outside of the City Hall.
- MAIL to Municipal Court, 29592 Ellensburg Ave, Gold Beach, OR 97444
- BY PHONE to 541-247-7029 using a credit/debit card or bank account
Please do not make CASH payments through the mail or drop box. If paying by cash you should go to the clerk’s window during normal operating hours and obtain a receipt.
If you are experiencing a financial hardship, you may apply for a payment agreement with the court.
If you pay by mail, please list the exact name on your case and a docket number if available. This insures your payment is credited to the proper account. Make checks payable to “City of Gold Beach". Mail payments to:
Gold Beach Municipal Court
29592 Ellensburg Ave
Gold Beach, OR 97444
Paying Fines Without Appearing
You may not need to appear in court on your citation.
You have the right to go to court and plead not guilty. You also have the right to appear in court with an explanation for the Judge. However, you may be able to handle your ticket without going to court. You may call Court offices to find out how much your fine is and any other information about your citation.
- Wait at least five business days after you receive the citation
- Contact the court offices during business hours, either in person at City Hall (29592 Ellensburg Ave, Gold Beach, OR 97444) or by calling 541-247-7029.
